Caskow and Zarain had arranged a space night for us. We met and boarded Cas' new ship. He humbledly told us that it was a mining ship and I think I went 'ok, lets see this small vessle'. Well, I was certainly in for a surprise... This was no ordinary mining vessel - it was build to be able to reach and mine astroids in dangerous space sectors - hence it had no less than 4 gun turrets - and it was huge!
Cas took us for a spin, but suddnely the alarm sounded - incoming rebels!
Quickly we manned the turrets, and about time - wave after wave of x-wings, y-wings, falcons and worse hit us full force - we must have ventured near a rebel base!
We fought and we won - time to head home.
Back on Lok Fade found his good old taxi and we went for a small sightseeing.
Lok is a dangerous place to be - I am glad it wasn't my house down there...
As what is becoming tradition on a Tuesday we met up in SWG for the usual dose of fun and mayhem. And one thing you can be absolutely sure about is that Caskow has a new ship with turrets and that means X-Wings are on the menu.
We headed into deep Endorian space to aid Ivo on one of her space missions and it didn't take long to find rebels...
After the space missions we went to Yavin because Aeryk (aka Cyph) suddenly came up with some silly masterplan involving dancing creatures...
The plan failed (as if I had to write that...) and Ivo decided to see if she could stock up on some DNA now we had travelled all this way into unknown territory.
We soon discovered that trouble might be brewing...
We did indeed find creatures but we also paid the ultimate prize to get the DNA.
Death is just a minor nuisance in Star Wars. So we headed down to the beach to watch the Sun.
Tuesday - that means that it is time to charge up that laser gun and find the nearest shuttle. As we always do we started in our hometown Legendary Retreat. As we now have reached level 3 we are able to put in more garden features and he quickly become appearant that Kit had been busy.
Todays plan was to go sightseeing on our home planet Lok.
We spend some time in the home town first to chat about the past week.
Then we all boarded Kit's new vehicle.
First stop was a giant skeleton. I am glad that this bugger was dead and that I would never get near a live one - well, I should become wiser as the night went on!
After a short stop at a huge maze that seemed to be inhabitated by dangerous lizards these days we went to a huge vulcano.
Good thing the bottom of the vehicle was properly heat isolated!
Then we decided to end the night by going to a deserted ancient village. On the way there we stumbled across an old friend that invited us to his home.
After a cup of tea we continued on to our destination. Again it would seem that lizards had taken over.
Fortunately we had Kit with us and she did use her Rez ability on more than one occation as both Ivo an dI tried to play a game of mouse and cat with the lizards...
Finally we said our goodbyes. Thanks for another great SWG evening.
This Tuesday we invited a new person into our little flock - Tymaara. As usual we begun our day in the Retreat.
Tymaara expressed a desire to settle in our little but growing settlement. She had already picked a spot in teh outskirts of the settlement. We all went to see where it was, all wondering where she wanted to reside.
She had found a secluded location in the very back - great view, from the balcony you could clearly see, well, desert...
Tym outside her new home that she only had to move 4 times I think...
But finally she was happy and that meant we could climb the nearby knoll and admire our now even bigger home.
But now it was time to get some action. Kit had found a great contact in a nightclub in Bestine on Tatooine. It sounded promising - it was in a nightclub after all.
The contact showed to be a milk drinking, leg less rodian.
While we were discussing terms with out 'friend' the room was suddenly filled with lightning. First we got scared but it turned out to just be Cas and Tym, our two jedi that felt that they wanted to test their skills.
That seemed to have inspired Ivo. She didn't take long to own the dance floor...
...well, almost *grins*...
Now we were really hungry for something big to happen - so we decided to go shopping!
Tonight's kill list counted one single Bantha that unfortunate for it had decided to stand exactly where Kit wanted to park. But that didn't matter. As always we went and did what we wanted to do in the spur of the moment, and as usual that is always entertaining with the right company.
This Tuesday we began as tradition wills it at the Retreat.
Rylec had come up with this silly plan that he wanted to show everyone how to locate a rare creature in teh wild and how to get close enough to pet it. The fact that he never had in fact SEEN the creature in teh wild did make the rest of the group a bit weary but on we went...
After seeing Ivo's driving skills it was decided that Tym should be chauffeur on Talus...
We reached the swamp where according to Rylec (who had never seen one) told everyone that the Mire Marauder was to be found. His (to himself excellent) plan was that we all camped in the middle of the swamp and hope one would wander into the camp...
At daybreak it was time for the actual hunt. Ivo volunteered to make breakfast which turned out to be a bad idea.
As expected we never found the cat and headed back to Dearic the main city on Talus.
To end the night we travelled to Dathomir to find some interesting creatures to get DNA from. Dathomir tuned out to be a rather dangerous place.
'I have it!' Ivo shouted...
Back at the Retreat Aeryk and Ivo had a little talk and from now on Ivo is the Player Association Leader.
